This board is cutting edge design. It has a sharply defined three stage rocker, with sharp edges on the outside and a smooth edge in the middle. This means that you can butterslide with it really easily (flat water 360s right off the bat) but that when you want to move you can lean and cut on the edge really easily.
This is the lightest board that I've ever felt. This means that aerials and jump 360s are really easy.
It looks super awesome. The chrome metallic covering is really cool. This is my favorite of all the boards I've ridden.

It took me about three rides to get used to the Ibex. i upgraded from a HL State package, and the difference was huge!
*The ibex has a lot more pop - especially on ollie's.
*this board rides loose until you bury the rail, then it rockets off.
*since the center section has a super-forgiving rail, you won't catch the front edge on landings nearly as easily. this also leads to very natural feeling lipslides.
*unfortunately, until i was familiar with the board, it would grab extremely hard when i didn't expect it to and i'd wipeout pretty hard. however, this went away as i rode more, and so the problem only plagued me for 2 or three sessions. now the board behaves perfectly.
otherwise - the board is fun to ride, forgiving until you carve hard, and you'll get plenty of air.

This board took me to a new riding level. My old board was a Hyperlite Era. I now know why Parks love it so much.
