Hyperlite B-Side Wakeboard 2010: The Hyperlite B-Side Wakeboard 2010 has been completely redesigned from the ground up, improving upon everything JD Webb designed into his first generation shape. Beginning with the rocker line, which is now set at a 2.6 inch Blended 3 Stage, the Hyperlite B-Side Wakeboard carries more speed into the wake than ever before. This series also features a shallower, ABS polymer molded-in fin that ends nearly an inch from the tip of the board for a buttery smooth release off the wake and maximum durability on sliders. New for 2010 the Hyperlite B-Side Wakeboard series is truly a freeride masterpiece.
Construction
Monocoque Construction – Integrating the top glass and the bottom glass into one to generate a more durable board on side impacts thus preventing the ol’ side delamination
Layered Glass – Overtime, woven glass fibers will separate. A deck with layered glass will have the same snap on a double after 5 seasons as it will on the first one
Bio 2 Core – Hyperlite’s secret little recipe they’ve been perfecting since day one. This core material is the gold standard in the industry and used throughout the Hyperlite lineup.
Rocker and Base Features
ABS polymer molded-in fins that end almost an inch from the tip of the board, you’ll be saying, “I can’t believe it’s not butter!” Yeah, it’s that smooth.
Additional Features
Minimal swing weight thanks to the elevated foodbed allowing for a thinner tip and tail. That’s a good thing for all you spin-to-win types.
