Byerly Wakeboards Monarch Wakeboard – Blem 2009: The Byerly Monarch Wakeboard is the newest addition to the family. Beginning with a mellow blended 3-stage rocker and shorter 9” molded fins, the Burley Monarch Wakeboard is faster and releases off the wake quicker than previous Byerly models. New molded footbed contours keep the board rigid in the center to maintain the rocker line for consistent pop. The board then blends into a lean tip and tail for maximum flex and snap off the wake and when initiating edges. In addition to the new shape, the Monarch also features fully machined Atomic Core. This material is lighter, snappier, and stronger than traditional foam core boards. At 6 ½ lbs., the Burley Monarch Wakeboard is Scott’s lightest shape to date and one of the lightest on the market.
