Byerly Wakeboards Assault Wakeboard – Blem 2010: Butch has done it again! Pushing the envelope of compression molding and glass technology, Byerly proudly presents the Byerly Wakeboards Assault Wakeboard. This series features never before used Glass Rope Edge technology. A full .25” fiberglass edge in every board means a torsionaly stronger lay up that will spring back to its original rocker line faster than anything on the market. This new reinforced construction also allows the 2010 Assault Wakeboard to be the thinnest board Byerly has produced to date. What does a thinner board mean? Easy, lighter overall weight and better flex characteristics. All these features compliment the Assault’s blended three-stage rocker for that traditional Byerly board pop, and the longer ABS molded-in fins make for a strong edge hold into the wake. Overall the Byerly Wakeboards Assault Wakeboard is the perfect combination shape and construction innovation.
Construction
Biolite 3 Core and Glass Rope Edge for a stronger lay up than traditionally constructed boards. This allows for a board that returns to its original rocker line quicker meaning more pop. The strength of Glass Rope allows for the Assault to be thin in the tip and tail creating a low swing weight.
