Comments about O'Neill Infant CGA Vest 2011:

My in-laws got this for my daughter right when she was born; we knew we'd need one as we're on the lake a LOT during the summer. As with all life vests, this was just ridiculous looking the first few months & honestly I never felt like it was tight enough that it would hold her in. It is pretty bulky so it's hard to adjust super tight. Once she hit about 12 months or so though, it was fine & now at 23 months, it fits great and she can move around freely with it on (other than the weight occasionally makes her topple over). It is definitely more comfortable looking than my niece's zip-up jacket & allows for more ventilation.
