      I ordered the XL. I am 6' 240lbs with 46" chest and 36" waist. This vest is a bit to small for me. So if you are my size or bigger get a 2XL. It does keep me afloat though.

          Great product and excellent shipping as always from EVO. Lifejacket seems as if it runs a little small though. I bought this for my boyfriend who is about 5'11 and 190 and the Large is maxed out. He usually never wears more than a large but contemplated getting an XL. Just a heads up if your "in between" sizing options, I would go up a size.
