The Liquid Force Watson CT is following in the new tradition of closed toe boots. The Watson delivers leverage and edging power, as well as precise edge control. The Watson remains the stiffest boot in Liquid Force’s line and has plenty of new features and improvements. This boot defines innovation, comfort and performance and has just gotten better thanks to the Liquid Force design crew.

  • Newly redesigned Liquid Liner-The original heat moldable 6D boot liner now comes with a re-sculpted upper cuff for extra comfort. No mechanisms needed to slide easily into this boot.       I usually wear a size 12 shoe, sometimes a 13 depending on the brand, but i bought the 11-12 boots and they fit very nice, sizes are pretty close. These are my first closed toe binding and i gotta say there is not a whole lot of difference than an open toe, A little on the heavy side. All in all these are REALLY good but I'm not sure why anyone would pay [$] bucks for them back in 2007 when they were new. Also Liquid force boards have deeper screw holes so you will need a couple of Stainless steel washers to put these on a different brand, i use them on an O'brien Player currently.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

      The fake leather on the outside comes off after 2 sessions on the bottom heel part.
      I put them on my kiteboard and it's nuts, also @ cable, but I get cramps in my calves after a while.
      Other than that those bindings have a bombproofed cushion system that makes you go feel like landing in butter =)
      And they look super stylish!

          No toe lift, feels more like snowboard shoe also provides more integrity between board and rider, I had to adjust to this type of binding because it feels a bit different then open toe binding that I used to. But overall its worth investment and i hope its more durable then my previous bindings. Much easier to get in and get out then anything else I've tried before.

              I was riding State bindings and you have to get use to a way better binding and also closed toe. Bindings fill with water when you take them off in the water, remember to dump the water out before putting on on the boat. They will get extremely tight.
