Baseplate
CWB’s 6-Plate: Based on a 6” pattern but looks much narrower. 6-Plate is lightweight (only .6lbs), strong, and low-profile. Engineered with geometry in mind for maximum strength and stiffness with minimal weight.
Flex
HLH (Heel Lock Hinge): CWB’s patented taller metal lever with roller bearing lets you dial in the flex from free-floating forward and back, to lock in place. Up to CWB’s Zero Heel Lift standards, CWB tested and couldn’t find a single boot on the market that provides half the heel hold with all the flex.
