This is our first surf set up, so we have beginners to intermediate advanced rider on the boat. The board has been excellent for getting ANYONE out of the water - even people with no boarding experience (two just yesterday). We ride behind an older SANTE210 so it's a mid size wake - easy with this board for me to go ropeless (@6'3" 190lbs) and be able to make some cuts in the wake while maintaining the ride. We're riding it in the three fin configuration as some of the other riders get more comfortable with the balance well probably try running single to loosen up and work on some backside reverts.

If you have a variety of skill and sized riders this board is sick to accommodate all and ensure a fun day on the water!

I'm new to wakeboarding. We used the 5'6" version of this on an X-45, with stock ballast, plus a 450lb fat sac in the rear locker (tried both with all ballast full, and with starboard rear empty). No one in my party was able to stay on the wake without the rope. I've ordered two more 750# fat sacs, and will try again... It's a good board, and fun while you're holding the rope, but if you're looking to surf without the rope behind an X-45, this won't do it without a bunch of extra ballast. Not sure if its the board or the boat.

Good board for boats with reasonable size wake. Can be used to teach new riders while advanced riders will still have fun with this board

Very good board! can be used from beginners to advanced riders. very easy to control the speed and stay in the pocket. Can keep all 3 fins in and keep it tight or take two out and make it has loose as you could like it. Carves very well.

Great board fast floaty but have too repair small cracks each weekend that said would never go back to compression foam surf board. Not as good for beginner must be aggressive on the toe edge.

Great ride, by far the best wakesurfer i've been on. I surf behind a xstar, and it works amazing, but i've also taken it behind smaller boats and it is very easy to stay in the hole and ride forever.
I suggest buying a bag to store it in when not using it, my friend has had to fix his a few times because of dings.
