I purchased this product for my trail-running boyfriend. He had been looking at the Patagonia products and loves them. The lightweigh vest makes it ideal to block some of the wind and water elements he faces while still having the option to pack it away without adding too much excess weight.

The only disappointment was that I purchased a Medium (the size he typically wears) initially and when the item arrived it was obviously too large. I was able to purchase a small - no issues.

I purchased the vest for my trail running boyfriend and found the size to be a bit large. Like most runners, he is slender, but typically wears mediums. I found the small was a better fit. Overall, the product is perfect for hitting the trails and providing some wind and water protection without weighing him down. The material is light enough that he can even pack it away.
