Flex
Flex Rating: 4 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) – On a scale from 1 to 10, these bindings offer a softer flex and feel for ultimate park and all mountain jibbing, slashing, grinding and jumping.
Baseplate
Forged Aluminum Micro-Disc – This binding baseplate is built for enhanced all-around binding flex and performance. It is 30% lighter than standard baseplates and built for 2x4 insert patterns but can also mount to slot and channel boards.
Wedgie™ Footbed – This ultra-light footbed uses subtle angles to align your ankles and knees to a more natural and comfortable position. This angle also gives leverage for pressing without needing to change your preferred stance width.
EVA Basepads – A sheer layer of vibration absorbing material that deadens high-speed chatter.
Highback
Stealth™ Highback – Utilizing Stance Correct shaping which matches the angle of your natural riding stance to provide lateral support and medial flex for the proper balance of support, control and mobility. In addition, the Stealth™ was designed for lightweight freestyle performance. The larger flat-back shaping was built with a thinner construction and maximum side-to-side flex.
Straps
Freestyle Asym Ankle Strap – Pre-curved 3D shaping and multi-density padding provides even pressure distribution over the instep for exceptional control and comfort. The asymmetrical ankle strap shape allows for greater lateral support and comfort.
ThinGrip™ Max Toe Strap – Over the top or over the toe you can wear it anywhere. This high-end strap features a unique 3D shaped rubber web for the ultimate grippy fit with your snowboard boot.
Flipside™ Mount Straps – This strap technology provides an easier way to get in your bindings because it holds the straps open and out of the way.

Intermediate to advanced skis and snowboards may be somewhat wider or stiffer than beginner-intermediate skis and snowboards, usually with a stronger wood core and sandwich sidewall construction. Intermediate to advanced boots and bindings range from softer flexing freestyle options to stiffer choices built for stability at speed.

Medium The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
