Spark R&D The Blaze Splitboard Bindings 2012: Stepping it up to support your splitboarding addiction, the Spark R&D The Blaze Splitboard Bindings have been upgraded for total backcountry performance. Spark R&D is now working with Burton Snowboards for the manufacturing of their straps, thermo plastics and buckles to ensure you have the highest quality and performance. The Blaze bindings get you into the backcountry with total quickness and efficiency.
Baseplate
Baseplate design is fine-tuned for all-around ease of use as well as long-term durability.
CNC machined from solid 7075-T6 bar stock Aluminum
Straps
Redesigned straps for lightweight skinning, while providing excellent support for the ride down
Thermo Plastics are pre-curved to hug the strap and remain snag-free while touring or riding.
New ratchet system is lower profile durable.
Highback
Custom splitboard specific highbacks offer the widest range of lean on the splitboard market (25° forward lean to -5° for touring – an industry first).
Increased glass fiber content for even better response
Additional Features
Spark R&D bindings work with current Voile Slider Pins or Spark R&D LT Pins, sold separately
