Look, we know that all you want is a simple softshell jacket that is waterproof and windproof, while being breathable enough to keep you comfortable no matter what happens. This is where the good people at Scott and their Ruston Jacket come in. Made up of three layers of the SPECTRM fabric welded together with Scott's AWT on the seams, the Scott Ruston Jacket is durable, lightweight and a great choice for keeping yourself dry no matter what you're up to.

SPECTRM 10.12 Shell Fabric - Integrating a 100% Nylon/Lycra high stretch substrate with a 10,000 mm/12,000 br laminate results in immensely breathable, waterproof fabric that doesn't sacrifice flexibility. This is combined with a Teflon water repellent finish to beef up the water repellency and to protect you against saturation.

What this means for you is a lighter, more durable garment that is extremely comfortable.
