I use this jacket as an alternative to the spyder ski school jacket on warmer days, as it is a shell. I get compliments and quiries as to where to source one. The vents work perfect and it sheds water like a mallard duck. The seams look trick and the consnsus was that this jacket lends instant cred to your skiing with its edgy looks.

Excellent ski jacket. Lightweight, but very warm & keeps the water out. Fit is true to size. Would definitely recommend!

I use this jacket for snowboarding and as a regular winter jacket. It's a great combination: warm and lightweight.

Love this jacket. Runs small like all MH shells but with the correct size it fits like a glove. 6'1" 185 lbs and the xl works. Threw this on over a lightweight fleece base and the MHardwear Hex fleece and didn't even feel 30 mph winds and temps in the teens on the lifts. Also no problems the next day when it was in the 40's and sunny as the pit-zips do their job. Hood works fantastically, only gripes are the zippers don't open very smoothly due to their techiness but least of my concerns while it keeps me warm. Style is killer.

Great coat. Super light weight and extremely comfortable. Lots of pockets for gadgets. The only issue I have and it's not terribly big is I wish they'd made the cut a little larger in the armpits. I'm 6'2", 215 and the sleeves are plenty long enough on the XL which is the problem I usually have but on this coat the armpits are cut a little tight. There's room for a light fleece but you might be limited if you wanted to wear anything thicker underneath. Depending on your build you might consider going up one size
