Bought this as a warm weather jacket for more comfort and the more relaxed fit & feel. I've now sold my other jackets and only use this one only. It's much more comfy, and suits riding far better than any jacket ive used.

The 10k weather rating is good enough for most anything except maybe serious back country and heavy rain. But used it in heavy snow and it worked perfect. Cold days I just use layers beneath, which is what you do for any jacket anyway, and this hoodie is no colder than any other equivalent material jacket.

Having the powder skirt works fantastic and links perfectly with dc or Quiksilver pants.

Only thing I want is a pocket on the wrist like the newer version has. This is the best place to stash a small camera. And for the pocket for the iPod ( media player) to not sit on the ribs inside, but this a prob with most jackets on market. Hey it hurts when I face plant and get my iPod in the ribs/ stomach ;)
