Finally a woman's jacket that allows for shoulder movement. It is soft, and nicely lined. The double zipper is a plus for when you want a light jacket, but not on too tightly. The hood is snug, like a hat, which I suppose will be useful in wind. Good water protection, but haven't tried it in a hard rain yet. I wear sweatshirts often, and wanted something with some water resistance, a hood, not noisy, as breathable as possible, zippered pockets, and comfortable. This will be my go-to jacket for non-windy 25degree+ days. It also uses Polartec, a good quality, American company. It is not a warm jacket, but works if you are moving and have a layer underneath. If I'm not exercising, I would wear it in sweatshirt weather, but not colder weather. Good quality jacket
