From cold steel, homemade jib parks, and sketchy urban features, the updated Yes
. The Public Snowboard is back and ready to jib your city for another year. The Public has been redesigned with a true twin shape, radial sidecuts, and a flat or zero camber rocker to keep your board neutral enough to not get hung up on rails or from being too squirrely. The core profile of the board has a mid-flex with a slight increase in thickness just outside the binding area before tapering back down, creating a balance between softer overall flex and good pop. Get ready to jib, party, jib some more, fall down, and repeat.
Flat Twin - A flat profile with zero camber. Creates a more neutral, smooth board feel between the feet for rails and urban features.
True Twin - A mainstay of freestyle riding. Completely symmetrical outline; the stance is centered on the effective edge, tip ad tail are identical length and shape, flex is identical at both ends of the board. Radial sidecut is effective and predictable. The overall shape allows complete freedom of expression by keeping the board a neutral, yet responsive tool.
Core1 - Wood composite with poplar stringers
Biax Bottom - Creates even, neutral, torsional flex properties, resulting in more control and easier handling of the board.
Biax Top - Creates even, neutral, torsional flex properties, resulting in more control and easier handling of the board.
Die Cut Extruded 4400 - Fast, durable, and nearly maintenance-free. Great wax retention and super easy to patch up after a hard day in the park or the streets.
5x2 - Insert Pattern
