From cold steel, homemade jib parks, and sketchy urban features, the updated Yes The Public Snowboard is back and ready to jib your city for another year. The Public has been redesigned with a true twin shape, radial sidecuts, and a flat or zero camber rocker to keep your board neutral enough to not get hung up on rails or from being too squirrely. The core profile of the board has a mid-flex with a slight increase in thickness just outside the binding area before tapering back down, creating a balance between softer overall flex and good pop. Get ready to jib, party, jib some more, fall down, and repeat.
Flat Twin A flat profile with zero camber. Creates a more neutral, smooth board feel between the feet for rails and urban features.
True Twin A true twin snowboard shape is ideal for riders who want to ride switch and do some tricks. The nose and tail are identical and the flex is evenly distributed throughout the entirety of the board. True twins are perfectly symmetrical.
Core1 Wood composite with poplar stringers
Biax Biax laminate consists of fiberglass that is braided in two directions. The fibers are braided vertically at 90 degrees. This ensures a torsional flex that is more evenly distributed throughout the snowboard. For you, this translates to a snowboard that is easy to handle and jib friendly.
Biax Top Creates even, neutral, torsional flex properties, resulting in more control and easier handling of the board.
Die Cut Extruded 4400 Fast, durable, and nearly maintenance-free. Great wax retention and super easy to patch up after a hard day in the park or the streets.
