Craftily shaped as a Directional Volume Twin with a CamRock profile, the Yes. Standard Snowboard functions as a true twin on hardpack yet still floats like a directional board when the going gets deep. Constructed using Yes's most technically advanced Power Drive core, this baby can turn on a dime while also being able to provide reliable edgehold as you rail past your buddies on the iced out groomers. Super fast, stiff, and responsive, the Standard is one board that won't hold you back, regardless of the terrain before it.
CamRock 2-4-2 – Yes' CamRock camber rocker blend places camber between your bindings and rocker in the tail and nose. Having areas of variable rocker outside of your stance with camber underfoot gives you the response, stability, pop, and playfulness you desire for park, plus increased flotation and turning abilities in deep snow.
Flex Rating: 4.5 (1 Soft - 5 Stiff) – This snowboard has a stiff flex rating, indicating it will provide you with an aggressive, responsive and fast ride. Good for charging groomers, deep powder, slalom courses, and even jumps. Stiff snowboards won't wash out on you easily because they are responsive, have insane turning abilities, and remain stable.
Directional Volume Twin – As the lines between freeride and freestyle continue to erase Yes. needed to address the need for guys committed to riding only twins but finding themselves in more pow. Nose and tail volume is hard to notice in hardpack unless you're nose/tail pressing, but in pow it affects floatation and you can feel it. This led to the simple idea of the Directional Volume Twin. Symmetrical flex, centered stance, identical widepoints of the board (therefore, NOT tapered), identical length shovel lengths but with a slightly lower volume tail.
Power Drive – Yes' Power Drive is constructed with full-length Birchwood stringers that are pre-bent to match the sidecut before being assembled into the rest of the core. By keeping the grain uninterrupted through the entire length of the sidecut, inner core tension is created and rider input is magnified. From intuitive turn initiation, solid edge hold and explosive release the Power Drive is constantly active.
Triax Top & Bottom – Triax laminate consists of fiberglass that is braided in three directions. Meaning it gives the snowboard an asymmetrical flex with lengthwise stiffness. For you, this delivers a snowboard that has tons of pitch when jumping.
Sintered 2000 – Sintered bases are super fast. Polyethylene pellets are forced together under extremely high pressure. The result is a singular piece of connected pellets with tiny pores across the entire base. Sintered bases absorb hot wax really well.
Die-Cut Base – Base color displayed may not be available. Base colors may vary.
