FlatRock – Yes's FlatRock snowboards have a base that lies flat against the snow surface. This means you have 0 camber 0 rocker. When riding you get responsive turns, insane presses and a fast snowboard to take anywhere.
Flex
Flex Rating: 2 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) – This snowboard has a soft flex rating which is perfect for riders who want to progress on anything from rails in the park to learning the basics of turning. Softer snowboards are extremely playful. Although forgiving at slower speeds, they can be loose and unpredictable at high speeds. This snowboard loves rails and jibs, soft conditions and easy cruising.

True Twin – A true twin snowboard shape is ideal for riders who want to ride switch or play in the park. The nose and tail are identical and the flex is evenly distributed throughout the entirety of the board. True twins are perfectly symmetrical.
Core
Wood Matrix – Wood Matrix is a simple composite wood construction. Refined and extremely reliable this wood core is lightweight, durable and will displace the harsh impacts of rails and urban terrain.
Laminates
Biax – Biax laminate consists of fiberglass that is braided in two directions. The fibers are braided vertically at 90 degrees. This ensures a torsional flex that is more evenly distributed throughout the snowboard. For you, this translates to a snowboard that is easy to handle and jib friendly.
Base
Extruded 4400 – Polyethylene pellets are melted down in extreme heat then forced together under a high pressure machine. The end result is a strong, solid, and smooth base that is easy to maintain, non-porous and extremely durable.

Soft The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff.
