Shop all Signal
Built for speed, big air, and a more advanced rider, Signal’s OG Pro Model Snowboard has as versatile and a one of a kind riding style as you do. With hand painted top sheets and Signal’s Flotsam and Jetsam bases you’ll never see anyone with the exact same board under their feet. Dual Independent sidecut ensures stability at high speed without having to sacrifice agility and response from edge to edge.
Stiff flex for stability in all surface conditions. The stiff flex helps to provide stability at faster speeds.
Signal’s OG Pro Model Snowboard is for the more advanced rider who needs a board that can keep up his ambition. From backcountry hits and cliffs to whatever today’s most technical parks can throw at you, the OG series has your back.
Construction and Core
Constructed with an emphasis on keeping weight down, the Signal OG Pro Model Snowboard has a Poplar core with Signal’s “Mountain Profile.”
Triaxial fiberglass on the top and bottom of the core work harmoniously to provide response and versatility to the board.
Carbon stringers running from tip to tail strengthen and add pop to keep your board snappy season after season.
The OG Pro Model has a Twin shape with Directional inserts. Identical measurements for length and width of both the tail and nose of the board provide the symmetrical feel of a twin, while the directional inserts harness the advantages of a directional board for freeriding.
Dual Independent sidecut is wider towards the nose and smaller at the tail for stability at high speed and variable conditions while still providing enough response to quickly transition from edge to edge for fast turns.
Sidewalls, Edges and Base
Sidewall construction distributes force evenly from the rider to the edge.
Signal’s OG Pro Model Snowboard uses Flotsam and Jetsam Bases made from reconstituted sintered base material for new manufacture, creating a one-of-a-kind base.

  • Effective Edge: 1150mm (151), 1170mm (153), 1210mm (159 ) mm
  • Terrain: Freeride
Freeride snowboards are designed for the rider that spends most of the day off groomed runs and in backcountry terrain. They typically have a stiffer flex and are ridden in longer sizes than freestyle snowboards. Freeride snowboards often feature a directional shape that is designed to perform optimally in one direction.
  • Ability Level: Advanced-Expert
Whether you charge the steepest lines, carve with race-like precision, hit the biggest jumps or halfpipes; advanced to expert level skis/snowboards are for the more aggressive rider. You will often find the addition of layers of metal, carbon, bamboo, or other stringers in these. These features work to make a stiffer ski/snowboard with more power and rebound.
  • Rocker Type: Camber
Camber is the traditional profile for snowboards, and still popular among high-level park and pipe riders because it offers maximum energy and pop. A cambered board has a smooth arch underfoot and touches near the tip and tail when unweighted; when the rider’s weight is added, it provides a long, evenly pressured running surface and edge.
  • Flex Rating: Stiff
The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
