Comments about Salomon Answer Snowboard 2010:

I demoed this board in spring conditions at Mt. Snow, VT.

It's very decent on the mountain. Medium flex, smooth sidecut, and good pop for carving. At the park, the stiffness helps with off center landings off jumps. It is flexible enough to bend but compared to dedicated park/street boards it's a little bit harder to lean into nose/tailslides.

It is slightly heavier than my old board, but I didn't really notice it on the mountain.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

      I use this board for park and powder terrains. It's core being wood, it goes over ice and choppy ground a little rough but not so bad that it makes the ride unpleasant.
