Product Info

The Rome Reverb Rocker Snowboard is the one board that will have you rocking out no matter what the conditions are like outside. It is designed with MtnPop Rocker to bring you a combination of rocker under your feet and positive camber in the nose and tail for riding in the park, playing in the pow, and ripping down groomers. QuickRip Sidecut gives you the stability you need when you just want to launch down the mountain as fast as you can and StraightBiax Carbon Laminate provides you the foundation for freestyle riding with a flexing pop that will add Olympic level height to your ollies.

I've rode the following boards this year, Burton LTR Rental, GNU Rider's Choice 2015, Salomon Rental (Forget the name). Out of all of these, I've completely fallen in love with the Rome Reverb Rocker. The camber/rocker/camber combo is awesome. This board has some serious pop, and due to the the quickrip sidecut technology can hold its own when carving on east coast icy terrain. This board handles everything well: slush, ice, pow, whatever it may be. Also, turning is very precise. It takes a bit of time to get used to as opposed to other snowboards, but well worth it in my opinion. It took me about 3-4 trips to the mountain to really understand and unlock the power of this board. Only downside is that it dings really easily, but i consider them battle scars, so not that big of a deal.

It is a fun bord with a performance potancial; however, I would not recommende it to buy. I have ridden this board for 2 days and the top sheet already has a lot of damages around the nose and tail. My friend owns a 2013 model and I can tall for sure it is a way much durable! Probably, I will need a new bord for the next season... this one is not gonna last for long.

Comments about Rome Reverb Rocker Snowboard 2014:

I'm very new to the world of snowboarding and I used this board the for my second trip ever. But the difference between this board and the first one I used was night and day. It felt more flexible and I started to be able to carve the mountain with it. I'm not super athletic and I have to attribute the rather quick learning curve to the ability of the board rather than myself

This board is a great ride for literally anyone. It is one of the best all mountain boards for a great price. Its easy to turn for beginners and can handle some good speed. It can also be taken in to the park to do some tricks if thats what you want to do

Comments about Rome Reverb Rocker Snowboard 2014:

This board is an AMAZING powder board, the caner rocker combo allows it to be extremely playful while in thick powder. Great for maneuvering through rough terrain. Iv herd that it is bad at high speeds and it gets shaky but i use it about as fast as i can go and i never have issues. It has extra contact points to allow small turns with ease but sharp powerful turns at high speeds etc. great board for someone just getting into park riding but doesn't know if it is necessarily for them. Over all its a great all around board! Scratches easily... They are battle scars, it gives it character... Thats how i look at it. Great flex, id say a 5/10. It is right in the middle so it is good all around

I've been riding a total camber board past couple of years , this is the first board I have ridden with rocker what a difference. Now when I go switch I feel very stable I don't have that uneasy feeling that I'm going to catch an edge, Very happy with board so far only rode 1 day but definitely can see a difference or feel a difference

Comments about Rome Reverb Rocker Snowboard 2014:

Excellent board, especially for the money. Tons of pop, easy to carve/maneuver, great in the park, and tons of fun in the trees or moguls.

The only cons are the board is a little unstable at higher speeds (which is to be expected with the flexible rocker between your feet), but it is certainly manageable. It doesn't have the best edge on east coast ice (again the rocker seems to limit it's grip), but really only skis and ice skates do well. I'll hopefully getting into some west coast powder soon, in which I'm hopeful that this board will excel.

My last board was a large, very stiff Arbor, so I'm still getting used to the change in feel.

Otherwise it's a great all mountain board, excellent price, and tons of fun.

I bought this with the Rome 390 Boss bindings. Overall a good combo, and I am very happy with the purchase. The top of the board definitely dings easily, and it is rather slow on the flat sections. I'm still very happy with my purchase though.

I've been riding for over 20 years and this board was my first hybrid camber board and it's a blast! I've got two days on it and one was a powder day. It had great float in the powder and it's really easy to pop and press in the park. I'll still use my full camber board when I want to really charge the groomers but this board is definately my new go to for all mountain fun.

I switched from an old Burton Royale 158. I have been riding for 10 years. To me, this board is light, flexible, sensitive to inputs at low and high speeds, and very easy to control. I think at the price it is hard to beat the tech and craftsmanship it contains. The only thing I noticed is that I had to adjust to the ease of turn in, because I was used to muscling my old board around trees and turns. Just a small adjustment I needed to make. The board is great.

Here it is, your new favorite all-purpose board! Let me start by saying that if you can't handle a little shakey rocking on choppy mashed tater snow then please don't say its "bad" or "unstable at high speeds", just ride something a tad in more in your skill range ;] Anyways, this puppy floats, lean back and you're gonna doa little mini press, so fun, so yea the rocker portion of this hybrid works great! As for the camber portion, it holds really well. At high speeds it holds (reread the first part if you don't remember my opinion) soooooo.......buy this

I got this board as a gift from my girlfriend for my birthday. This is such a great board for a great price. It's lightweight, super flexible, and give you some good pop. I ride al mountain and hit the terrain park from time to time. The board sings up after hitting the park a couple of times but it doesn't greatly affect the way the board rides. I Can't wait to get out more to try it out again.

Comments about Rome Reverb Rocker Snowboard 2014:

I love the look of this board. Much faster than my old one, and also has a nice flexibility. Easy to butter, due to the rocker middle section. Only con, seems to scratch easily. First time out, it took some dings on the top and near the heel edge, presumably from my friends edge while riding the lift. I love this board and the 390 Boss bindings I got to go with it so much that I'll probably stick with Rome boards in the future.

I mainly do all mountain and a bit of jumps. Slowly getting into rails and things of nature so this board is able to accomadate my needs. Its the best of both worlds, in the pow and in the park

Comments about Rome Reverb Rocker Snowboard 2014:

Great All Mountain Ride, can get a little unstable when going fast and hammering a turn on hard pack which isn't uncommon with rocker/hybrid boards. Excellent for glade runs in the northeast.

This board is great. Feels lightweight, added with the hotrod tech makes you want to ollie and do kickers all day. With the medium flex, buttering and charging down the mountain is easy. Overall dope board for just about everything.
