Rome Pusher Rocker Snowboard 2011: Designed for early-morning first chairs in Hokkaido, midday pillow lines in the Utah backcountry or nighttime laps in a Midwestern park, the Rome Pusher Rocker Snowboard returns to the line-up to deal bags of fun at your local shop on the street corner. To put more pop back in your press, new PressurePop Technology loads energy into the contact points for power off the edge, torsional snap, and increased ollie and nollie pop.
Flex
PressurePop Technology, Basalt V is a new technology that has energy transmitting plates that radiate from under the binding region to targeted points in the nose and tail. It adds ollie-nollie pop as well as power off your edge
What it likes – Jumps: 10/10, Jibs: 8/10, Pow Lines: 8/10, Carves: 6/10, Kill it all: 9/10
Construction and Core
The Rome Pusher Rocker Snowboard features a Superpop Core Matrix that has three zones of low-density wood that keep the weight extra low, while long segments of poplar team up with the pressure pop tech for targeted levels of ollie, nollie and torsional pop
A StragihtTriax 30 Laminate has just enough butteryness for take-offs, landings and jibs, and just enough grip for throwing a slash or spraying a skier
Perfect for freestyle rocker boards that need a little extra kick.
Shape
True Twin shape. The Rome Pusher Rocker Snowboard features a reverse free camber for riders who like running park laps as much as they like shredding pow lines. Reverse camber extends just beyond the inserts with straight camber in the nose and tail for a board that butters, carves, floats and jibs.
Sidewalls, Edges and Base
SinterSpeed Base is a superfast sintered performance driven by the highest level of wax absorption in the Rome base collection
Impact Edges is a beefier edge for dealing with the 100-day life of parks and natural terrain. Park edge bevel of -2degreebase/-2degree side that creates catch-free performance on kickers and rails, while still having a ton of edge grip for taking the park to the rest of the mountain.

Comments about Rome Pusher Rocker Snowboard 2011:

Just during the eye of the storm that's dumping pow, this board starts to lose its edge everywhere, but hey, that's not exactly what it was designed to do.

Sweet edge hold at all speeds. Rips thru bumps moguls and steep sections like nothing. This is my second pusher and will keep getting one till I can't ride anymore.

Comments about Rome Pusher Rocker Snowboard 2011:

This was the first rocker board I've ever purchased, so my love of this board could just be my newfound love of rocker, but I kinda doubt it. Awesome board, tons of pop but stiff enough to stick those sketchy landings. And it rips the pow. I got it on a super deep discount in the outlet, and it was sooo worth it.

Comments about Rome Pusher Rocker Snowboard 2011:

The ride on this deck is out of a dream. it does it all very well. the basalt V in the core adds to the pop immensely but without making the board too stiff, very playful but powerful at the same time. incredible in the deep stuff and fast and precise on hard pack. if you know how you can really bend it back too. only complaint is that lift lines are going to eat this thing. I got dinged up in one day. nothing bad just never have a board including my older Rome's with such thin top sheets.

The Pusher is a sweet all round rockered board, it is super playful all over the mountain. Fun shape for a fully rockered board and will still rail turns. Poppy for the park and floaty for the pow. The manufacturers description tells it all...
