Rome Blue Snowboard - Women's 2012

Pure passion, pure power, and love for pure pow; the Rome Blue Snowboard is supercharged for riders who like to get it wherever they can, as long as they get it. The “it” we are referring to is the ability to lay down some power, precision, speed and flow thanks to PressurePop Technology with Kevlar Impact Plates™ and the unique geometry of the QuickRip Sidecut. More control and more fun than you’ve ever had on a snowboard, the Rome Blue Snowboard is built for it all.
Rocker Type
Hybrid RipIt - With positive camber for most of the mid-body of the board (it ends about 15 cm before the contact points), this camber works with Rome's highest-octane technologies and geometries to keep power, precision and quickness directly under your feet. Rocker in the nose and tail add float in powder and help glide into and out of your high-powered turns. The perfect choice for riders who like to destroy terrain at speed.
Flex
Poppy and Responsive - Flexed to be able to float through the pow and all natural terrain
Sidecut
Directional Standard
QuickRip Sidecut - A unique sidecut geometry that lets the board ride loose and playful at slow speeds and powerful and precise at higher speeds. QuickRip lets a board “ride short” at slow speeds by engaging the mid-section sidecut between the mid-board contact points and lets you “ride long” at high speeds by engaging the full running-length sidecut where the mid-board contact points work to improve edge hold.
Core
Superpop Core Matrix - A super lightweight matrix of poppy wood for a dynamic, lively feel.
Carbon Single Barrel HotRods - A rod of carbon milled into the core for higher ollies and nollies.
PressurePop Kevlar V Technology - Lightweight, bomb-proof power-channeling tech that drives your energy into your contact points for max response.
Laminates
StraightTriax 30 - A highly versatile laminate that blends freestyle forgiveness with precise control.
Base
SinterSpeed Base - Advanced sintered structure gives speed through high wax absorption.

Comments about Rome Blue Snowboard - Women's 2012:

This is my first Rocker/cambered board. It took a day to get use to the POP, but now I love it and can't wait to get in the POW. Carves like a dream with little to no effort. Great for those lazy dayz when you don't feel like bending your knees. Strap on and let the Rome Blue take you for a ride. Wake up and can't wait to get down and dirty betting all the guys, this board will get you down quickly!!
