Rome Blue Snowboard - Women's 2010 – If you’re ready to step it up a notch and rock the mountain with some cliff-drops, pow-slashes and tree dodging, it’s time to treat yourself to the Rome Blue Snowboard. Packed with construction features like the Superpop Core Matrix for a lightweight ride, StraightTriax 30 Carbon Laminate for smooth control and Carbon Centerlines Stringer Technology for some powerful pops all over the mountain, the Blue is the experienced rider’s best friend.
- Flex and Rider Style:The Rome Blue snowboard has a sturdy flex rating of 7 for the experienced all-mountain riders who want some strength underfoot.
- Construction and Core:The Rome Blue Snowboard is a directional standard board packed with enough features to make those other boards jealous. The Superpop Core Matrix keeps the Blue lightweight with LDC Technology, light woods in low-stress regions of the core for less weight. The StraightTriax 30 Carbon Laminate delivers an easy-to-finesse and rip-deep-ruts feel for any rider powered by the 30º off-axis fibers and carbon in the centerline of the tip and tail increases ollie and nollie height. If that weren’t enough, the Blue also features Carbon Centerline Stringer Technology that further powers those ollies and nollies without torsional stiffness through the use of a sturdy carbon strin
- Sidewalls and Edges:The Rome Blue Snowboard is built with a -1º base/ -1º side Mountain bevel for plenty of edge power and just enough bevel to eliminate twitchiness so you can comfortably stick the landings and transition from edge to edge with ease.
- Base:The Rome Blue Snowboard features a SinterSpeed Base whose highest level of wax absorption amongst the Rome base series delivers a super fast sintered performance and gap-clearing speed.
