I had tried a Lib Tech because I fell for the hype, but it was too stiff, even though it was the softest board they make. This one is just right.

Great jibbing board. I don't recommend doing big jumps (+25footer) with it but on rails and boxes, it kills it.

Great flex for the park and nice skately feel without the unstable teeter totter feel you get with a board with full rocker between the bindings.

Comments about Rome Artifact Rocker Snowboard 2013:

Has a ton of flex like most reverse camber boards but its flat on the bottom. For me this meant a lot of stability when bombing straight down a mountain but then enjoying some great flex while buttering or pressing. I have a burton clash as well that is rated a #2 flex like this board but I would have to say this one is more flexible. Love the old "Vision Gator" style graphics too.

Comments about Rome Artifact Rocker Snowboard 2013:

I am an intermediate female rider who rides in Tahoe 3-5 days per week. We haven't had a lot of snow and the weather has been unusually warm. My all terrain board is super stiff so I wanted a fun park board to ride in spring conditions. Today was my first day riding the board. I was able to heal press with ease as the flex on this board is the bomb. I hit the boxes and bumpers with no need to over compensate for riding a new stick. The only time I really felt the need to pay close attention was on super steep icy slopes. The turns weren't as solid as I'd like. A bonus was that this board was hauling grass through the slush and not even sticking like my all terrain. Another bonus was that I could ride flat on really flat surfaces without having to stay on my toes to avoid catching an edge. So glad I got this board. I wouldn't use it as my only board though. I went with the 150, I'm 5'5", 130. Perfect size for me! If you want a board where you can ride with some style and do tricks on this is it. Thanks Rome

Comments about Rome Artifact Rocker Snowboard 2013:

This board is amazing overall. I use it for all mountain riding and terrain park riding. On the mountain it can be a little wishy-washy, and it gets banged up easily in the woods. However, it's amazing in the park because it's flexible and playful, especially for presses. I bought this board and it broke within a year, which is incredibly frustrating because it was over $300. My friend had the same board and he also broke it. You'd think Rome would make their boards a little more durable. Regardless, I bought another because I love the way it rides. I'd highly recommend it if you're an advanced rider who likes to shred rails, but be weary because it's very breakable.

It's a decent board especially if you like to do tricks and go on the park. My only issue was going down blue/blacks at high speeds there's a ton of chatter and you can lose control pretty easily if you aren't careful. It does get dinged up pretty easily though especially if its icy.

Picked this up after having a lib tech skate banana for a couple seasons and got sick of seeing 10 other people a day with the same board. Wanted something more flexible to slay with and I'm stoked on this boards buttery love. Great board feel for rails/boxes/skiers to stomp and still works great all around. Gets a little loose at high speed but nothing too bad for a seasoned park lapper. Add some flux rk's and this is the weapon of choice for a street/skate focused rider.

This is the second board I have owned and my second season snowboarding. I got is because I wanted something with pop and flexibility for flatland/buttering. It spins and presses amazingly well. Exaggerated presses are easy, and ollies are effortless! I also feel a ton more comfortable in the park with it. As a beginner/intermediate, I feel more comfortable all over the mountain on this board!

I've only had a chance to take it out once, but it is crazy soft and fun. You can bend this without trying, making buttering easy (I'm learning, at least). I had to get used to it, since it is so flexible, which means I went down hard a few times catching an edge, but it's great and very well priced!

This board is a great all-around freestyle deck. Definitely soft flex but it has great pop and does surprisingly well railing turns and on jumps. It's a heavier board based on the thicker construction to withstand rails/jibs and abuse, but feels light and balanced underfoot. I would recommend sizing according to the Rome guide - shorter according to rider weight - it will be more fun and easier to whip around. I've ridden a NS Evo for a few years and this Artifact does not disapoint!

This snowboard is great for park and free riding...super soft for butters and great stability for jibbing. I have been riding Never Summer decks for the las 15 years but decided to switch it up this season...for the money I saved on the ROME deck, I was able to get new bindings and boots for the price I would've spent on just the NS deck alone.

Fell in love with this board the moment I strapped onto it. Great maneuverability and has a lot of flex and pop. However I wouldn't consider it a noodle. It rode pretty good in powder and the board hit a tree going through some off trails. It didn't get damaged at all!

I love this board it works better at an all mountain board than I thought, great for rails and kickers. The only thing is the ends of the board slide out when i try and butter to far but that's just something I have to adjust to.

This board is a Jack-of-all-Trades. Especially when you take it in the park where she belongs. Super soft, poppy, and light. In fact, it handles pretty well all over the mountain. I was also pleasantly surprised how responsive it was at high speeds as well as in choppy conditions. Highly recommended.

Awesome board! Has tons of pop and flex but still does decent all mountain. I have made 6 trips so far and still feels new! I would definitely recommend.

I JUST used this board on my local mountain and it was amazing. It's an extremely fun park jibbing board. I would only recommend this board for park use not so much outside the park. I mean you can have your fun with it outside the park, but carving and stability on the board isn't so great. (as you know it's a noodle and a designated park board)

Oh and jumps/kickers on this board is just okay. It's not great, but it's not bad. Its like 6/10. But jibbing is 10/10.

This board is great if you like to hop around the mountain. it is very flexible but it still has good pop to it. Rome did a great job designing this board.
