Comments about Ride Concept TMS Snowboard 2010:

The reincarnation of the Timeless is not from the same mold as the original. A slightly softer flex pattern has upped this board's versatility (if that's possible). The Timeless could always go anywhere on the mountain and hold its own in the park. The TMS will own the park better than any other one stick quiver out there.

The only knock I had on this board is the fact that it is more versatile than it used to be (I'm definitely biased towards freeride boards) and I preferred the stiffer Timeless. But that's a personal preference, and to be honest, I don't think the TMS cares one bit. It still is the bar against which any other "All mountain, versatile" boards must be measured, and most come up wanting.

Comments about Ride Concept TMS Snowboard 2010:

This has replaced my older Ride All Mountain boards. I'm not a park rat and generally ride the steeps and natural terrain a lot more than I play around in the park. The board will tear it up, and is the most stable board at high speeds that I have ridden. I tend to ride really fast and was in dire need of a board that could hold an edge on varying conditions without loosing it's edge when it gets choppy and you are charging down the hill in varied conditions. This board was the ticket last season. Granted large icy sections still suck, but they will on just about any board. The board floats in powder a lot better than I was expecting it to, not as well as a powder dedicated board, but it floats quite well with minor effort. Overall I'd rate this board a 5 for an all mountain board for someone that is not a dedicated park rat and likes to charge down the mountain and drop off just about anything. It has a ton of pop off of the kickers, but not enough flex in my opinion for anything more than basic grinds on rails. All mountain performance at it's finest!

Comments about Ride Concept TMS Snowboard 2010:

I've been a big fan of the Timeless series. The concept TMS takes it to a new level of "all mountain" riding however. I consider myself a dabbler as I enjoy pow days, cliff drops, park laps, or simply cruising at mach 5 in my speedo through chopped up cascade concrete. This stick will not only handle all this, but it excels at all them. Do yourself a favor and ride this ride.

I bought this board last year and it changed my life. The ride is incredably smooth, no board chatter at high speeds. Easy to control, good pop. I ride all over the mountain from the steep back country pow to everything in the park. You can't go wrong with this stick.

Comments about Ride Concept TMS Snowboard 2010:

Riding since 1985. Have owned Burton, Nitro, Lamar and a few other brands as well as 3 Ride boards. I keep coming back to Ride. Why? Because I believe they make the best DO-ALL boards, period. I just bought a 2010 TMS 159 and it is definitely carrying the Ride brand torch well. It replaced my Ride Timeless 161 which I have been riding for more than 8 seasons, or approx. 160 days of boarding. Took my new Ride out this week and it simply ripped! Based on my old Timeless, I knew it would be fast and versatile, but the 2010 TMS is amazing. It can hold an edge at speed extremely well, the Slimewalls suck up the bumps and crud eliminating any and all chatter, and it has amazing pop too. If you want a quality board that will smile at all you dish out, this is your ride!

Comments about Ride Concept TMS Snowboard 2010:

I'm 5'9" 170 on a 159cm. I'm an all mountain rider. Wanted something that could do a little bit of everything. I only have a couple days on this board, but so far I've been impressed. The board is very responsive and great for carving on the groomers. It seems to be pretty light, but that may just be in comparison to the 161cm Ride I was on before. The graphics aren't my favorite, but the performance more than makes up.
