2x4 inserts dial in your stance for the option that feels best
The Ride Compact Snowboard is built for the intermediate all mountain/freestyle lady who needs a board she can rip through the groomers and run through the park all in the same day.
Construction and Core
All Ride boards feature Thin Construction with tapered tips and tails, reduced swing weight, enhanced tip flex and the sidewall runs past the effective edge. Thin Construction has tapered tips and tails to reduce swing weight and enhance tip flex so the sidewall runs past the effective edge. Biaxial glass is fun and forgiving and the Foundation core is tip to tail wood with proven durability that retains camber and flex.
Sidewalls, Edges and Base
The 85A Slimewall® is forgiving and ductile, absorbing impacts rather than defending against them
The Cleave Edge™ has nearly 50% more steel and delivers unmatched resistance to edge cracking
The Fusion 1500 base is an industry standard, its wax absorbing and easy to repair.
Shape and Rocker
With a true twin shape and nearly flat profile between the feet, the LowRize™ rocker begins at the extended blend zone to lift the contact points out of the snow just enough to give you the ultimate hook-free, smooth ride without sacrificing pop when hitting the park.

Comments about Ride Compact Snowboard - Women's 2011:

This is a super fun freestyle board for any girl that like to go fast! Lots of pop and flex make this a great board for the park, but its also stable enough to conquer the rest of the mountain.

Comments about Ride Compact Snowboard - Women's 2011:

Since airline baggage regulations (50pound bags) only allow me to travel with 2 boards, i have chosen the Compact as one of my travel mates. The Compact is my choice for fun playful days on the mountain without the pressure of big jumps or icy halfpipes. It presses very easily, so its great to jib around on the slope and in the park. It´s also smooth on smaller jumps and in soft pipes, that´s why it´s my favourite choice when i chose to take an easier day

This board is really good for the girl that is starting to get into park riding. The board is soft and has good flexibility without sacrificing control. This board is easy for a beginner to intermediate girl that wants to start charging.
