Good Nitro While It Lasted

I was riding the 2008 Art Attack 162. I rode it for seven days. I was starting to feel really good about this board. While riding through some trees I heard a loud snap. I guess I rode over a stump. This completely blew out the sidewall heal side on front binding (goofy stance). There was no impact damage on the base layer. I rode the board the rest of the day and took it to my local shop. They said Nitro Team Series for 2008 had this problem with the clear side walls. They also said this problem was addressed on the 2009 Team Series. I hope so. I'm out up to six weeks for Nitro to send me a new board. I've ridden the Nitro Misfit for four years, 300+days, with no problems and great pop left. Hopefully Nitro does fix their side wall issues or I'm going elsewhere for my boards.

Very enjoyable board. Very good speed, fast edge to edge, very good on powder even! I use it on all mountain, I like riding of piste, taking natural jumps, riding on powder, etc.. This board has performed exceptionally to every condition. I can't think of anything that I don't like about the board.
Nitro is a quality manufacturer offering a 2 year warranty!

    I use this board mostly on all mountain. I love riding off piste, ride lots of time in powder and this board performs exceptionally! It also seems to be very fast, as I am going faster than my friends. It feels very stable at high speeds and it's very quick edge to edge. It is a mid flex board so not too stiff, but not too soft either. I think would please everybody, but maybe not for a total beginner. Overall I cannot think of something I really don't like about the board. I would definitely recommend it.

        I'm an intermediate and this is actually my first board I bought. In my opinoin it's a very nice, stiff and stable board. I think its a very under appreciated board!

        I only used my board on and off pist (not at the park) tough did some little jumps and it feels good and stable! Maybe a bit too stiff for more advanced tricks!? If you love to do tricks I wouldn't recommand it. But if you also love speed, allmount and a bit offpist. This nitro team board is very various and thats a very strong point!
        Off pist (lots of powder) it's not really an ideal board (my opinion).

        Overall: very good board for a vert good price :).

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

                  This is a great board! Have already used it 10 times this season and and comes through every time. I am an intermediate rider and so I've used it for tree riding, speed lines and park stuff. Works great on any park jibs, rails or jumps. It has great flex and pop and is blazing fast. It carves and turns like a pro.
