Nitro Haze Snowboard 2012

The Haze is Nitro's no nonsense, low maintenance, get in the game true twin. The Nitro Haze Snowboard has an ultra soft flex with zero camber and Nitro's Powercore to give it that poppy, easy to rip feel. The radial sidecut makes it easy to transition from turns onto the groomers to hitting jumps in the park. With super durable construction and a lively feel, this board is an exceptional value for the price.
Rocker Type
Zero Camber - Forgiving and versatile, combining the best of regular and reverse camber, zero camber boards are easy to maneuver while adding more snap and ollie pop than a pure reverse camber design. The result is a board with maximum versatility in more varied riding terrain.

Tapered profile tip to disperse energy and reduce swing weight

High Def FH Base - Durability, speed and low maintenance all in one ultra clear base; Nitro's FH Base takes the abuse of rail and urban riding like no other.

Comments about Nitro Haze Snowboard 2012:

I picked up this board to use in the park and glades since I read extruded bases were durable, and the flat (zero) camber helped with stability. I wasn't sure I would notice the difference between my primary rockered board and this one, since I've only ever owned one board at a time. The flat base is very stable in that if you're going straight, it's easy to stay straight. If you're landing from a jump or feature, it's easy to stick it and keep going. That being said, it makes it a bit harder to turn. Carving takes effort compared to the rockered board.

Overall, it's a good second board for it's purpose for me (park and urban riding) but not for carving or glades.

Comments about Nitro Haze Snowboard 2012:

i got this board when i was a beginner. I had trouble carving and it took me a month to get the carving down. The rest was history. I had so much fun with this board. It is so flexible, I can dodge people going down hill and stop on a dime. The only problem i have with this board is, it dings really easily. When youre on the lift try to keep away from other riders. THEY WILL CHIP YOUR BOARD!!! Other than that overall a really really good board.

Great park board. I bought this because I wanted to get better with tricks and it worked. Very forgiving snowboard for those who aren't that comfortable jumping and doing tricks.

Fun board!! Super flexy, easy to butter, press, manual, etc. Still pretty stable at high speeds but I use my T1 for going fast or hitting big kickers, I would not use this board for big kickers!! This board is used as my jib and early/spring/rock board. Pretty tough base and super fun!!! Great second board!!
