Lib Tech TRS C2BTX Banana Rocker Snowboard 2011: The Lib Tech Total Ripper Series is engineered for all-mountain, park and pipe terrain. Designed and ridden by Jacob Wilhelmson, Sammy Luebke, Eric Jackson, and Martin Cernik; the Lib Tech TRS C2BTX Banana Rocker Snowboard is a stiff board that will absorb shock when landing big booters, and the rocker technology helps it stay afloat should you wander off into deeper waters.
Flex
Flex Rating: 5 (154); 6 (157, 159); 7 (162, 167); (1 Soft – 10 Stiff): Flex pattern is slightly stiffened at the tip and tail to increase pop and stability on big landings, and to prevent the board from folding in chunky conditions.

Comments about Lib Tech TRS C2BTX Banana Rocker Snowboard 2011:

I'm a 5'10" & 200 lbs, expert/pro-am. I read one review that the 2011 TRS has a "skatey feel?" I don't know how your ride, but the TRS is a sure footed, planted stick that when ridden properly can replace 3 other rides in my quiver depending upon the size! Any board with rocker or banana will have a loose, "Skatey" feel when skating one footed in the lift line, but if your TRS is the correct size and ridden properly, it tracks like a Ferrari, especially the 2011 with C2BTX! The stiffer tail and new materials on the 2011 model allows me to stick 40' cliff drops and ride out versus bounce out or butt check on some of my other boards. I own 8 snowboards and 3 of them are TRS's at different lengths for different riding conditions; Park-159CM, All Mountain charging-162CM & Super deep Pow-167CM. That's how much I believe in this board after riding virtually hundreds over the past 20 years; as both a pro-am and a sales rep for 3 different companies. While some specific boards may accomplish one particular task slightly better than a TRS, no single board can match it's versatility as well over a broad spectrum of conditions! If you are only in the market for 1 board, you cannot go wrong with the 2011 TRS with C2BTX!

Comments about Lib Tech TRS C2BTX Banana Rocker Snowboard 2011:

Just got this board and love it. I was trying to decide between this board and the Never Summer Heritage. I have demoed the NS so i can compare the 2. Both boards are sick and the rocker camber technologies are awesome. Ultimately i chose this board for 3 reasons. (1) Magne traction (2) made in WA, i am from WA and not CO (the heritage has a big CO flag on it and (3) this board went on sale so i grabbed it.

Compared to my Arbor Alt (similar to an Arbor Element) this board is a little more flexible, but still feels very in control. Still like the Arbor, just really wanted the new technology. I expect the rocker camber to be all over the place now.

Comments about Lib Tech TRS C2BTX Banana Rocker Snowboard 2011:

Love the way this board looks and ride. It took me a little bit to used to the hybrid rocker since I came from a traditionaly camber board. This board feels very light to me. Easy to manuever and carve. Highly recommended!

I love this board, you can't believe how smooth the transitions are from trick to landing, the curved edges allow for such great carving and ice isn't a problem. Lib Tech is my board of choice. No doubt about it.

I also own an '08 Skate Banana, the TRS has the same great loose skatey feel but with added pop. The difference in Ollie ability is noticeable immediately.
