K2 Zero Snowboard 2010: The K2 Zero Snowboard is a bit of a minimalist, but performs better on the slope than a supped-up Ferrari. K2 used all of their knowledge to create the lightest, most technologically advanced snowboard on the market, while keeping the environment in mind. The K2 Zero Snowboard brings peak performance in responsiveness, pop, and dampening to the rider who truly demands the best. K2’s Earth Conscious Construction also cuts down on production waste, so you’ll be calmer and more comfortable than a meditating Buddhist as you effortlessly dominate the mountain and protect the environment.

  • Flex and Rider Style:The Zero incorporates K2’s Camber Technology, which springs you out of turns and gives you the Classic Snowboarding feel you’ve loved for years. Harshmellow Dampening stacks the board even more by reducing high frequency vibrations while shreddin’ at lightning speeds. The Zero is an incredibly versatile board anywhere on the slope; simply the best.
  • Construction and Core:Triaxial glass stiffens the board torsionally, while K2’s top-of-the-line WH5 Core combines Honeykomb technology and ICG-30 composite to give you improved edge hold and excellent off axis stability. This is the best performing and lightest weight core in the K2 line.
  • Sidewalls and Edges:Hybrilight Construction features a thin, constant thickness sidewall designed for maximum performance and minimal material usage.
  • Base:The “0” base is an ultra thin, superconductive, and lightweight base featured only on the Zero. This base will take you anywhere you want to go, and in a hurry.

Comments about K2 Zero Snowboard 2010:

Mainly free ride at places like Park City, The Canyons, Squaw & Whistler and the K2 Zero is perfect for this. However like a high performance car or motorcycle built for performance and not durability, with such a thin base and topsheet, the K2 Zero was meant to be ridden hard for a few seasons then replaced.

Service and delivery comments:

Delivery was prompt and board arrived in good condition
