K2 WWW (World Wide Weapon) Rocker Wide Snowboard 2013

With its roots deep in the world of jibbing, the K2 WWW (World Wide Weapon) Rocker Wide Snowboard naturally pushes your creativity on the mountain. The WWW Wide is built with Jib Rocker® Baseline maneuverability and the toughness of the P-Tex top sheet set the stage for you to get as creative as your talent allows.
Flex
The K2 WWW Rocker Wide Snowboard is a freestyle specific snowboard built for intermediate to expert riders with big feet looking for a softer flexing board they can rip with in the park all day long with the durability to stand up to the biggest tricks you want to throw at it.
Shape
Jib Rocker® (20% Rocker / 80% Flat) is a versatile twin Rocker that will destroy any freestyle line. There’s just enough rise from the tip and tails contact points for a loose, buttery feel without losing response and pop.
Twin Hyper Progressive sidecut technology blends differing turn radii to form a sidecut that’s mellow in the tips and more aggressive in the center. This results in a super predictable feel that’s never hooky, is stable at high speeds and is smooth enough to butter.
JibTip™ allows you to drop down 5cm in board size without losing the stability of a longer board.
Construction
W1 Core features a single species of pure wood with proven flex, durability and snap.
Hybritech™ construction: the sidewall runs along the surface from nose and tail providing low swing-weight, optimized turn initiation and durability.
Biax glass provides smooth, all-purpose performance
Additional Features
P-Tex Tosheetp
2000 Extruded base is fast, durable, and easy to repair
3 degree base bevel

  • Terrain: Freestyle
    Freestyle
Freestyle or park snowboards tend to be a bit shorter in length and love terrain parks, rails, jibs, trash cans, tree trunks, riding switch (non-dominant foot forward), wall rides and more. Freestyle boards often feature a true twin shape, and are typically selected by those looking to ride the terrain park. A more versatile variant of a freestyle board is the all-mountain freestyle, which combines the versatility of an all mountain snowboard with the playfulness of a freestyle snowboard.
  • Ability Level: Intermediate-Advanced
    Intermediate-Advanced
The majority of skiers/snowboarders fall into this level, whether you like to carve on groomers or venture into the powder. These skis/snowboards may be somewhat wider than beginner-intermediate skis, usually with a stronger wood core and sandwich sidewall construction. Depending on the type of ski, intermediate-advanced level skis may have full camber, rocker, or some combination of the two.
  • Rocker Type: Rocker/Flat/Rocker
    Rocker/Flat/Rocker
Rocker/Flat/Rocker is another variation on the rocker theme that seeks to provide a little more hard snow edgehold and pop than full rocker while retaining ease of turning and float. Performance is between a fully rockered board and a flat board.
