K2 Lifelike Wide Snowboard 2013

The K2 Lifelike Wide Snowboard delivers solid and versatile performance with all the features you need and none you don’t The K2 Lifelike Wide Snowboard features the lightweight durability of Hybrilight ™ Construction and the pop of Flatline® Baseline technology.
Flex
The K2 Lifelink Wide Snowboard is perfect for intermediate riders looking for a smooth, tech loaded board that will take them to the next level.
Shape
Flatline® (100% Flat) pioneered the flat base profile. Preloaded, stable and turn-ready, Flatline has a supremely balanced, smooth ride for both aspiring and accomplished riders.
Tweekend™ tweaks the tip and tail of K2 boards by extending the rocker curvature all the way out to the ends, giving you more surface area to press, float and land on.
Hyper Progressive sidecut technology blends differing turn radii to form a sidecut that’s mellow in the tips and more aggressive in the center. This results in a super predictable feel that’s never hooky, is stable at high speeds and is smooth enough to butter.
Construction
Hybrilight™ features a thin, constant thickness sidewall designed for maximum performance and minimal material usage.
W2 Core features three species of renewable wood chosen to optimize strength, reduce weight and enhance damping without the addition of other materials.
Triax ICG10 glass reinforcement for strength and durability
Additional Features
Carbon Web™ I is designed specifically to enhance Baseline technology and brings the pop of carbon closer to your bindings for more energy in all your riding.
4000 Sintered Base is the fastest natural base material available. It’s exceptionally durable and absorbs deeper and retains wax longer.

Specs

  • Terrain: All-Mountain
    All-Mountain
All-mountain snowboards are designed for exploring the whole mountain. They are your go-to for a snowboard that will do anything. They feel at home on groomers, powder, park runs and almost anything in between. The vast majority of snowboarders choose all-mountain boards for their great versatility. If you’re just getting started or unsure of exactly what you need, an all-mountain snowboard is a great choice.
  • Ability Level: Intermediate-Advanced
    Intermediate-Advanced
The majority of skiers/snowboarders fall into this level, whether you like to carve on groomers or venture into the powder. These skis/snowboards may be somewhat wider than beginner-intermediate skis, usually with a stronger wood core and sandwich sidewall construction. Depending on the type of ski, intermediate-advanced level skis may have full camber, rocker, or some combination of the two.
  • Rocker Type: Flat
    Flat
A flat profile is just as you’d expect – flat from near the tip of the board to near the tail. This shape splits the difference between camber and rocker, with more forgiving turnability than a fully cambered board and more precise edging capability than a fully rockered one
