Comments about GNU Metal Guru EC2BTX Snowboard 2013:

It seems like every manufacturer is making rocker and hybrid rocker/camber boards, so I had to try one out. This is the first board I have ever owned/riden that was not a camber board. It comes with the C2BTX Core and Magnatraction. I have this board in a 158 with Ride Rodeo bindings. I use +15 in the front, and -6 in the rear with Salomon Pledge Boots and Nike Kaiju Boots. Overall this was a very fun board to ride. I road this board all over the mountain in all types of snow conditions. This board handled everything I threw at it. It's easy to turn, almost too easy at times. At certain times, when moving my rear foot, the board seems to slide or float a little too easy as I switched directions, and didn't carve like I wanted it to, but other than that, it rode pretty well. I was going really fast at times on this board and it held really well, some runs I absolutely shredded the mountain on this board. The magnatraction also works fairly well and grip is pretty good when you need it. I rode this board at Seven Springs, PA.

Comments about GNU Metal Guru EC2BTX Snowboard 2013:

I have this board in a 158 with 2012/13 Ride Rodeo bindings. The board looks KILLER with these bindings. The Rodeo's work very well with the board. I am 6'0", 185-200lbs and I use Salomon Pledge boots with this board The response and feel are amazing with this board. It is very responsive when you need it, yet can be soft and playful when you need it too. The Flex is about a 5-6. I have 5 boards total, including 2 other 2012/13 model boards and this is my favorite board. The size is perfect, the board is light and nible with tons of pop, it turns great, it's fast, the magnatraction works well in sub-optimal conditions, it jumps well, the EC2BTX core is awesome, I can go on and on. This board does everything you want, at a decent price. I give it a 4.5 and not a 5 because you technically can get a little better board, but this is a very very good board that I would recommend to anybody.

Comments about GNU Metal Guru EC2BTX Snowboard 2013:

A great ride for someone who spends their time in the bowls and trees. It helped me stomp some less than perfect drops. It felt solid on groomers. Great board for intermediate riders looking for one board.
