Comments about GNU B-Street BTX Banana Rocker Snowboard - Women's 2010:

Ive never had so much control of a board and felt so confident on the mountain and i really have to thank the B-Street BTX! Im a smaller person that just needs a softer/flexier board, as well being on the lighter side, the magnatraction gives me control in variable conditions especially ice and on crud.

I love the graphics...there are no other womens boards like it.

Comments about GNU B-Street BTX Banana Rocker Snowboard - Women's 2010:

I was really excited to try this board out because of all the hype surrounding reverse camber or rocker boards lately. Unfortunately, it didn't stand up to the hype. I'll start out with the pros: if you're looking only for a board to ride in the park, this would be a great board. The rocker makes it really soft and buttery, and it has nice pop. The rocker also makes it float over powder so you don't have to work as hard. Unfortunately its all terrain in between this board doesn't do well. The rocker reduces the effective edge under your feet, so when riding at higher speeds or on choppy, tracked out or hardpack snow the edge tends to wash out, even with magnatraction. So if you need to do any other riding to get to or from the park, it could be pretty sketchy underfoot. This also means stopping quickly is much more difficult - the board wants to skip across the snow instead of digging in.
Overall, I believe there are other boards out there that will perform just as highly in the park or on a powder day, as well as offering stability and fun in between.

Comments about GNU B-Street BTX Banana Rocker Snowboard - Women's 2010:

I'm in love. This board makes me a much better rider than I actually am. It powers thru powder weightlessly while carving thru crud fearlessly. Just when you think you're gonna bail, the edges cut in and hold your line. This baby soaks up even the crustiest NW crud--painlessly. Pop off unexpected rollers and moguls and land on hard pack without a worry in the world. Get this board. It's worth every penny.

Comments about GNU B-Street BTX Banana Rocker Snowboard - Women's 2010:

Magne traction is amazing! I am a beginner rider and the first day on it I could tell the difference. The B-street is easy to turn, the board doesn't catch edges easily and the flex helps me hop around when getting stuck on flat ground. This board has a lot to offer a beginner, as well as someone who's been riding for awhile.
