Engineered to break the norms of traditional snowboarding genes, the GNU Altered Genetics BTX Banana Rocker Snowboard is a mutant freestyle and freeride board ready to take the mountain by storm.

      The Gnu Altered Genetics Board has made me a believer. I come from last season on a 162 GNU Temple Cummins for Deep and a 156 Lib Tech Magne Traction for the park. I broke em both last season and went for the 159 Gnu Altered Genetics with Ride Alpha MVMT binders.... its light... really fonkin light. Its amazing.

      Shiftys come from every hit and board control is great with magne between your knees. The banana allows for minimal nose dive and super fast transitions.

            There are only good things about this snowboard. It carves surfy trenches, is stable and simultaneously playful, light and lively - it is the funnest board I have ridden to date.

              I have owned a ton of boards over my snowboarding tenure, none as nice as this one. It blows my mind that this board is not more mainstream! I’ve only seen a few AGs on the mountain, which is a shame, as it’s amazing! The stiffness combined with magna/banana traction grips just about anything. A bit of ice plagued Vermont late Dec/ early Jan, and my edge held far more than all my friends.

              I would recommend this board to anyone. Others must be onto it... because its already sold out in most places.

                      This is a very versatile and fun board that will do almost anything you ask of it.

                      This super light board that is stiff enough to land airs without washing out (Can't say that about a lot of rockered boards)

                      It doesn't have the same pop as most cambered boards, but it is still a blast to ride.

                      I definitely recommend this board!

                      yeah funnest board ever untill it falls apart.I payed 700 buck for mine it lasted 8 days of riding before the sidewall delaminated then the topsheet delamed then the base delamed. They wont warrantee it either. way too expensive for a one season board.
