Park and pipe riders looking to lighten the load and speed the spins, here's your savior. The Burton Super Hero Snowboard comes to the rescue with Burton s exclusive Nug Raduction™ construction that optimizes the build to allow you to size down in length without compromising float, pop or stability ( Burton recommends going 4-5 cm shorter than your normal length). Want more? Light but bomber construction, The Channel mounting system, and a Flat Top profile that combines a flat spot between the feet with rocker at either end complete the package.
Flat Top Rising rider or seasoned pro, keep your game on the level with the NEW Flat Top. A flat profile between the feet means stability, better balance, and continuous edge control. The tip and tail kick up with an early rise outside the feet for the catch-free and loose feeling you’d expect from rocker.
Flex Rating:3 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) A medium flex for easy turn initiation and forgiving landings
Infinite Ride™ This Burton-exclusive technology allows for maximized pop and strength by overbuilding the board, then putting it in a machine that breaks in the board for you. Whether you choose to ride Springloaded, Rocker, or Camber, rest assured that with Infinite Ride™ your board will maintain its flex, pop and feel from the first day forward, season after season.
Nug Raduction™ Optimizes every element—from waist width and flex profile to sidecut and running length—letting you downsize up to 10cm from your normal board length. Light and lively, easy to throw around, surprisingly floaty, poppy, and stable at speed—Nug Raduction™ will change the way you look at board length.
Scoop This exaggerated tip and tail scooping turns up the edges for a looser, more forgiving feel.
Pro-Tip™ A tapered tip and tail thickness reduces swing weight for easier mobility.
Twin It's perfectly symmetrical for a balanced ride that’s equally versatile when ridden regular or switch. Jib, spin, stomp, and butter with a greater balance of freestyle mobility and cat-like stability.
Super Fly® Core Lightened up and loaded with pop, this vertical sandwich of hard and soft woods saves weight and improves snap and response.
Dual Zone™ EGD™ Engineered Grain Direction manipulates the angles and direction of wood grains in the core for superior edge-hold, response, and durability.
Squeezebox This improves performance through the balance of thicker, more powerful core sections with thinner, more flexible sections. Rider energy is transferred outward from where it originates beneath the feet, energizing the tip and tail while making the board more stable and easily manipulated.
Triax™ Fiberglass Versatile flex and response for everything from mini to mega shred
Jumper Cables Hi-Voltage Ultra-light carbon stringers radiate energy outward from your feet towards the tip and tail. The result is greater pop and snap when powering through turns without sacrificing the board’s overall playful feel. For maximum flight, Jumper Cables Hi-Voltage use carbonated rods for ultra-electrified pop and performance.
10:45™ Sidewalls 10:45’s extra-meaty, dual angle geometry results in better impact absorption and durability.
Sintered Fast and durable base that holds wax well, 20% recycled content
Frostbite Edges Edges beneath your bindings extend out slightly for tremendous edgehold on hard, icy conditions. Powerful when you need them, playful when you don’t, Frostbite Edges are hungry for hard-pack while remaining forgiving in softer conditions.
20-30% Recycled content
Eliminated printing chemicals - uses more eco-friendly inks then traditional printing methods
Burton recommends downsizing 4-5 cm from your normal length.
The Channel Gives you the ability to micro adjust your stance and is compatible with Burton EST™, Re:Flex™ and Disc bindings, as well as bindings from Forum, Drake, Union, Flow, Flux, Ride, and K2 with adapter

Comments about Burton Super Hero Snowboard 2013:
I test rode this board this weekend at Stratton, VT and felt in love immediately. I was going to try out other boards but I ended it up riding it all day. I had so much fun with this board that I went home and ordered one for myself. I've been riding for several years now and was getting bored with just hitting the slope and jumps. I want to try the ground tricks and do more and this board let me do that without sacrificing the way I've riding. Def give it a try if there are demo places near by you. you won't regret it. I own burton custom, burton custom flying V, Ride Machete and salomon man's board. I'm selling all of them online because Burton Super Hero can do everything these boards can do.
