Product Info

The perfect blend for a perfect day on the mountain; the Burton Feelgood Flying V Snowboard brings the fun and ease back to snowboarding. Featuring Flying V™ that satisfies the blend of snap in camber and the effortless float and control of rocker to create a board in a class of its own. Plus with features like the amazing Sintered WFO base, Lighning Bolts for response, and a women’s specific core; the Feelgood Flying V will have you addicted to V and make it hard to ever go back to camber.

Product Details

Rocker Type

Flying V™ is a spring-loaded blend of camber and rocker performance - rocker overall for wonderful playfulness and float through pow but with subtle camber zones underneath the bindings for focused edge-control and power.

Flex

Flex rating: 4 (1 soft -10 stiff)

Medium-soft flex handles everything on the mountain with a ton of ease and softness. Plus the combination of camber and rocker allows you to press, pop and carve anywhere on the mountain.

Twin flex is perfectly symmetrical for a balanced ride that’s equally versatile regular or switch, frontside or backside.

Construction and Core

NEW Women’s Specific True Flex Super Fly II™ core with Dualzone™ EGD™: features stronger and lighter woods to target specific areas of the core to provide pop, strength and reduced weight.

The Channel focuses power through a central connection that acts as a backbone for the board’s internal tech and allows you to micro-adjust your stance width and angles with all binding formats.

Triax™ Fiberglass with Carbon I-Beam™ allows for a versatile flex and response for all types of shredders.

Lightning Bolts Hi-Voltage are energy transfer strands that allow the board to be more responsive without making it stiff.

Shape

Directional Shape is the most versatile snowboard shape, designed with a slightly longer nose than tail to concentrate pop in the tail while still giving you plenty of float, flow and control.

Pro-Tip™ tapered tip and tail thickness reduces swing weight for easier mobility.

Sidewalls, Edges and Base

Sintered WFO base infuses specially formulated wax deep into the pores of the extra-absorbent high-density sintered material resulting in an ultra-durable base that stays wide open all season.

Frostbite Edges beneath bindings extend out slightly for tremendous edge-hold on hard, icy conditions strength.

Infinite Ride™ assures the board will maintain its flex, pop and feel from day one and for years to come.

    Comments about Burton Feelgood Flying V Snowboard - Women's - Blem 2012:

I just got this board this spring. I am a beginner and I took it out 3 times... It was exactly what I needed. I live in the NE and conditions were so variable this winter on each mountain and each trail, but I felt like I could get control easily with this board. I haven't been riding long enough to comment on all the features, but it has been great to me so far.

      Comments about Burton Feelgood Flying V Snowboard - Women's - Blem 2012:

Took the board to test out in late Jan 2012. It didn't let me down. The frost bits are killers on icy black diamond(s), while the V-rocker made it a easy ride on slushy runs. Happy with the look and technologies built in this board. Will see how it holds up in powder in the next trip.
