The Bataleon Omni Snowboard is an internationally acclaimed, award winning freeride cruiser because it is awesome! The Reactor Core facilitates the delivery of power to the edge. This makes the OMNI very stable even at the highest speeds. Freeride TBT features a large uplift at the board’s widest points. This gives excellent float in powder and super agile edge changes. The nose side base sections tilt at large angles to further enhance the TBT, creating super floating powder wings! With a setback stance plus Backseat Inserts you can drop your bindings all the way back on those bottomless days, reducing back leg burn and improving float. If you like freeriding, shredding the whole mountain and perhaps don’t mind a little freestyle thrown in, but you demand the best and most versatile, you need to make it an Omni!
Rocker Type
Triple Base Technology (TBT) - Triple Base Technology divides the nose and tail area into 3 parts: 1. The left sidebase for turning left. 2. The center flat middle base for going straight. 3. The right sidebase for turning right. Combining a full tip to tail classic camber with a rail to rail concave, it gives the looseness of a rocker shape board with the pop and response of camber. On edge, the camber is loaded and ready to pop you into your next turn. Meanwhile, the edge is fully engaged with a solid power distribution along a smooth edge curve.

Flex
Flex Rating: 5 - A versatile medium flex. An all purpose flex that allows a smooth transition between freestyle and all-mountain riding.
Shape
Freeride TBT - Freeride TBT is designed especially for off piste charging and on piste carving. The narrowest center flat base width maximizes edge-to-edge agility and the widest TBT sidebase wings with increased uplift angles on the nose guarantees superb float through the deepest powder. Like the stance, the flat section between the feet is set back to put more turning power over your back foot making it carve like a dream. Tapered tail TBT is the final ingredient, allowing you to power out of turns, lofting massive powder clouds.
Directional - Directional shape and flex. Tapered with a wider nose for supreme float in powder.
Core
Reactor Core - Poplar core with hardwood reinforcements along the sidewalls. The inserts maximize power delivery and precision during turns by reinforcing stiffness along the edges so the board twitches less.
Laminates
Tri-Ax Laminate - Tri-ax laminates over and under the wood core include fiberglass layers aligned in three directions (two at 45 degrees to the edges and the extra one along the boards length). This generally increases the stiffness and stability of the board to deliver maximum precision in your riding.
Base
Die-cut Base - Base color displayed may not be available. Base colors may vary.
Sintered Base - Fast! Great wax absorption and as hard as nails. These bases come with factory wax already infused. Top it off regularly to get the most out of the base.
Edges
Lightning Edge - Thinner lightning edges enable you to carve with more feeling and precision, and they weigh less.
Binding Compatibility
Party Pattern 4 x 2 - The 4 x 2 / 22 pattern offers maximum precision for your binding's position with 22 inserts for a large total stance width range.

Backseat Inserts - Backseat inserts let you drop your stance all the way back so you can keep riding on those deep, deep days.

Specs

  • Terrain: All-Mountain, Freeride
    All-Mountain
All-mountain snowboards are designed for exploring the whole mountain. They are your go-to for a snowboard that will do anything. They feel at home on groomers, powder, park runs and almost anything in between. The vast majority of snowboarders choose all-mountain boards for their great versatility. If you’re just getting started or unsure of exactly what you need, an all-mountain snowboard is a great choice.
    Freeride
Freeride snowboards are designed for the rider that spends most of the day off groomed runs and in backcountry terrain. They typically have a stiffer flex and are ridden in longer sizes than freestyle snowboards. Freeride snowboards often feature a directional shape that is designed to perform optimally in one direction.
  • Ability Level: Intermediate-Advanced
    Intermediate-Advanced
The majority of skiers/snowboarders fall into this level, whether you like to carve on groomers or venture into the powder. These skis/snowboards may be somewhat wider than beginner-intermediate skis, usually with a stronger wood core and sandwich sidewall construction. Depending on the type of ski, intermediate-advanced level skis may have full camber, rocker, or some combination of the two.
  • Rocker Type: Camber
    Camber
Camber is the traditional profile for snowboards, and still popular among high-level park and pipe riders because it offers maximum energy and pop. A cambered board has a smooth arch underfoot and touches near the tip and tail when unweighted; when the rider’s weight is added, it provides a long, evenly pressured running surface and edge.
  • Flex Rating: Medium
    Medium
The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
