Bataleon Enemy Snowboard 2010: The 2010 Bataleon Enemy Snowboard is the result of a project Bataleon started a few years ago with the wish of making a super light snowboard that would survive the same rigorous breaking tests Bataleon put to our other snowboards. It took a lot of people in white lab coats a lot of time to come up with the right balance of light, but strong ingredients like TDS wood core, crazy amounts of carbon and titanium, rubber sidewalls, you name it. Bataleon is proud to present to you this piece of hi-tech, ultra-light snowboard technology. Can you say, “Hello future?” Get your space boots on because it’s all right here with the 2010 Bataleon Enemy Snowboard.

  • Flex and Rider Style:Flex Rating: 7 (1 Soft – 10 Stiff). Freestyle snowboard that is intended for freestyle riding everywhere from the park to a staircase in the city or backcountry pow diving.
  • Construction and Core:Lite-Wood (Poplar Lite) with tri-ax over the woodcore with Bi-ax under the core creates an easy flex with lots of feel. Bataleon’s Triple Base Technology (TBT): The key lies in the dynamic base split into three separate riding bases front and rear of the bindings. It allows for normal camber over the entire length of the snowboard which gives stability at high speeds, support at landings and it distributes the rider’s weight and pressure evenly along the steel edge. At the same time, the Triple Base lifts the edges progressively towards the nose and tail and takes the aggressiveness away from the widest parts of the snowboard, but gives you all the edgegrip you may
  • Sidewalls and Edges:Rubber Titanium Speedwalls
  • Base:Nano Hai Lite Speed base is cheek-flapping-fast. Normally only used on race snowboards, if you keep this base waxed, it’s the fastest base on the hill.

Comments about Bataleon Enemy Snowboard 2010:

I went from using a Burton twin, ripping up the park, to this lovely Bataleon snowboard and I upped my game!!! This is no enemy, this board is my best friend!!! If they say the board doesn't make the rider, they are lying. This snowboard changed how I ride, and moved me to a whole new level. Hands down, it is the BEST board I have ever ridden, and I've had the chance to ride A LOT of boards. Its extremely light, it feels like I have nothing attached to my feet. Carving ability is unreal, and It has amazing pop, and the TBT (triple base technology) allows me to jib and butter virtually almost anywhere. It also helps on those sketchy landings to land, and carve out with ease. The only downside to this board, if there were a downside, is that it might not be the best board for rails and boxes, but it doesn't mean it wont take them, eat em up and chew em out. Because despite how light weight this board is, it can take a pretty good beating. I'm just saying I like to keep my boards in one piece, and I think this ones better left on the snow (groomers, jumps, even powder). You may be iffy on the price... but If you want to get the best, you have to pay top dollar.... I wouldn't worry about the price, considering all the technology that went into making this board, it is worth every penny! I ride this board with a set of 24k Gold flow bindings. These bindings are so lightweight, that when matched up with the board, sometimes I have to look down to see if there's anything attached to my feet. This board provides tones of POP and is so much fun all around the mountain. I didn't think it was possible to be this much in love with a snowboard... until now. Thanks Bataleon!!

Comments about Bataleon Enemy Snowboard 2010:

I finally got to try this board at Sugarbush and Killington in Vermont. It rides very similar to the other boards I own. But the fact that its lighter helps alot on your knees when your on the lift going up. It's very stable at high speeds and because of the tbt technology, your less prone to catching edges when going straight. If your interested in this board, I suggest buying it before it's sold out.The newer model costs $1,200.00.It's definitely worth buying on sale at Evogear.By the way, if you never tried flow bindings.try them. They are awsome once you fit them to your boots. It's so easy to strap into them once you get the hang of it.What used to take couple of minutes takes 5 seconds to mount up.Your friends who ski won't have to wait for you anymore.

Comments about Bataleon Enemy Snowboard 2010:

I just used this board at Mammoth. I have been snow boarding for over 20 years and this is the best board I have ever used for jumping. I have owned many of the top brand boards and this board is definately one to have. It is so light and the TBT makes landing jumps so easy. It is almost impossible to catch an edge. This board is very fast! I highly recommend it.

Comments about Bataleon Enemy Snowboard 2010:

This board is amazing... crazy light. Holds a great edge in all conditions. The TBT is the best tech out there... you really have to try to catch an edge, it's so forgiving. The design is simple, the mountain graphics on the top sheet are much more subtle than the picture. Love this board, it takes some getting used to, but when you do... it'll be your fav board in the quiver. You have to put a little more lean in your turns. The board is pretty stiff, it says a 7, but i would say it's more of an 8 or 9.

If you've got the chance to swoop this one up, do it.

Comments about Bataleon Enemy Snowboard 2010:

I got the box and it didn't feel like there was anything in it even though the ship weight was listed as 8 lbs. It's a million times lighter than the 06/07 even though i have it in 153. I decided to buy this board because the price has gone up so much for the 2011's and couldn't be happier. I ordered a new demo condition and got a brand new board in plastic wrap not a mark on it, original stickers on the base. couldnt be more excited for the snow to fly. THANK YOU EVO.
