Construction and Core
Truth 2 Wood Core features tip to tail poplar and on edges and inserts for extra strength. Willow wood is used on the rest of the board to keep things light.
D4 SW Construction keeps the flex poppy and transfers from edge to edge quickly through the insert pattern, transferring energy along the entire effective edge for unparalleled edge hold.
Shape
The Atomic Poacher Splitboard has a traditional camber which provides the full effective edge in combination with pop.
Sidewalls, Edges and Base
Given a 1° power bevel by the Atomic factory; a 1° power bevel will give you extremely fast and smooth edge to edge turning without sacrificing any speed
Triadic Pro sidecuts means you can ease into the turn without hooking, then the tighter radius underfoot will accelerate through the middle of the turn until the deep tail radius jets you out of the end of the turn. Make complete, smooth movements with the Triadic Pro technology.
Binding Construction
The Atomic Poacher Bindings are engineered with 30% Fiberglass Highbacks, the Poacher Bindings offer performance response while being slightly forgiving due to the 30% fiberglass and polyamide blend that is perfect for entry to intermediate level riders
Comes with Custom Pro Ankle Strap that is a 2 dimensional strap with memory foam for comfort and lightning response
Anodized PA Ratchet is rich, lightweight and durable.
