Flex Rating 7 (1 softest and 10 stiffest) Designed for a true custom fit for All- Mountain riding.
Construction
The shell is constructed from 100% recycled PET textile, and has a recycled Cork Series Footbed with Outlast technology which enhances rider comfort and support allowing you to ride longer and harder. The Vans Veil Snowboard Boots also come with Double Lasted Flight Core Air Outsoles - the ultimate impact dampening system.
Liner and Lacing
The new reengineered Vans Boa Focus System offers three distinct adjustable closure zones for custom fit and support. The Veil 2011 is equipped with the the new QuadFit Custom X Thermal Liner with Outlast technology which gives a nailed-in heel hold and is combined with adjustable X-Cage technology for true custom fit capability.
Special Features
These boots come with the RECCO Avalanche Rescue system and Outlast technology. Outlast technology stores and absorbs excess heat as its created and releases it when you need it allowing you to stay in your comfort zone and ultimately spend more time on the hill.
