      This boot was excellent! It fits perfectly and is very warm. In the past, I have had problems with my feet getting wet by the end of the day. Not with this boot! My feet were dry and warm all day and night on the slopes. I really liked the boa lacing system. I could slip my foot in and be ready to go well before my friends who were still lacing their boots. Also, it provides for quick and easy adjustabiliy on the slopes. The boot itself is also very stylish. It has an air cushion in the sole for extra comfort. I only used it for downhill and the park, so I cannot comment on racing or half pipe. Comfortable to walk around in. Not too stiff, no too loose. Just right!

      Service and delivery comments:

      The only problem I had was that the knob for the boa lacing on one of the boots was defective when I got it. The customer service for evogear was great in trying to help me out, but I went through a long process of miscommunication between them and vans, and ultimately I had to call the customer service at vans to get the piece replaced. Thankfully it came in in time for my trip, but it was a close call. The evogear staff was really nice in trying to help me out, but it just took a while. Once I got the piece replaced, the boot performed flawlessly. I'm sure it was just a fluke.

        I really like the fit of this boot. I tried on several other brands and models and this one fit perfectly. And I couldn't beat the price. One of my biggest peeves is the heel lift and this boot doesn't fail. It definitely holds the heel down well. I recommend this boot to everyone.
