A wide-lasted version of Salomon’s Synapse Wide Boot, this ride-it-all boot adds comfortable girth without forcing C-plus riders to upsize. The result is top-tier performance that eliminates drag from oversized footprints. The Synapse Wide boot upgrades with a Full Custom Fit Liner that conforms to individual foot shape and eliminates interior slop or painful pressure points. An Ortholite footbed supports the arch and a Sensiflex sole gives good snow-surface grip.

Foam: Full Custom Fit Pro- A first for snowboard boots, this complete custom fit is formed through multidensity bakeable foam that shapes itself into a one-of-a-kind fit. Ortholite Footbed- Comfort & great foot support. Always focused to provide the perfect fit, we use the Ortholite technology: light density foam with a micro-rubber compound in order to provide comfort & solid footbed.
Authentic Wide Last- The right answers for those with wide feet. For those with a higher instep and wider feet, our unique wide fit last is now available on both SYNAPSE & DIALOGUE. Powerlace Pro Smooth- Adding one-and-done simplicity to the security of Powerlace, this upgrade saves seconds when cranking laces securely tight.

    This boot fits perfect and will not give you the foot cramp when your feet are folded in half if you have wide feet. But someone like me who has wide and high feet, you'll need to adjust the tension of the lace more carefully.

          If you have a big foot, these are the way to go. I wear a 11.5 extra wide and for once, didn't feel any discomfort. Most boots I've owned and tried on are made for small footed skinny guys (I'm 6' 205#). To be honest, I wasn't so sure about Salomon but now I'm convinced. Light weight and the perfect amount of flex. I've been riding Colorado mtns. since 1988 and finally have a pair of boots that I consider 'comfortable'.

                Unbelievably comfortable! The lacing system they have going on on these boots is awesome: tighten to your desired tension and then lock the lace in to hold that tightness all day long. Also, these boots are light as hell and easy to walk around in. The best part, though, was being able to get the wide size- my feet have been notoriously hard to fit comfortably into snowboard boots. These fit absolutely perfectly.
