Flex
Flex Rating: 5 (1 Softest - 10 Stiffest) – A medium flex offers the perfect amount of flex for riding the entire mountain.
Fit
Custom Fit – For increased comfort and max foothold, CUSTOM FIT has heat-moldable foam strategically placed in the sensitive areas of the foot, shin, ankle and heel.
Liner
Balance Liner 1 – The first of four levels of construction based on the same design philosophy, Balance Liner 1 displaces liner lace pressure from the top of your foot and concentrates it around the key holding areas of the arch and heel. Tightening the laces wraps the ankle firmly, yet comfortably, rather than putting pressure directly on top of the foot.
Lacing System
Boa® System – Easy and quick - tightens with the twist of your wrist and releases with a pull on the knob. Don't waste any time getting to the chairlift!
STR8JKT – Lock your feet down with supreme comfort. STR8JKT features an additional inner heel harness for a no-heel lift ride and optimal comfort.
Footbed
Mystic Footbed – The only antimicrobial footbed in snowboarding that will increase blood circulation to keep your feet snug, warm and will prevent fatigue, Mystic's bamboo based powers will help keep your feet smelling fresh even when you're working up a sweat on the mountain.
Sole
Lo-Fi – The Lo-Fi is Salomon's low profile designed outsole, inspired by its favorite skate shoes. Strategic, dual EVA foam dampening is combined with rubber for extra grip.

Medium The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
