The Salomon Pearl Snowboard Boots feature a flex rating of 6 for slightly stiffer boot that still stays a bit forgiving.
Construction
The Mystic Footbed (Level 1 in the Ivy boots) the only antimicrobial footbed in snowboarding that uses reflexology to relieve tension and improve blood circulation for happy feet during the day and all through the night, while the Autofit foam is self-molding foam that adapts itself automatically to the rider’s foot thanks to the flat and full-length high-density memory foam, located in the sensitive areas of the foot.
Liner and Lacing
Feels Good Liner is cushy and secure; inspired by Salomon’s top-end liners, it’s engineered with multi-density foam all around the foot, including the footbed, resulting in incredible comfort. The Speed Powerlace is super fast and built to last, with no moving parts and a totally redesigned locking mechanism.
Special Features
The Stomp outsole means the Pearl boots can take any abuse that the mountain throws your way.

The addition of rocker in the tip and tail gives a catch-free feeling and shorter contact length when the ski/snowboard is flat on the snow, making it easier to turn.
