Rome Libertine Snowboard Boots 2012

Looking for something that’s a little more playful and gives you maximum tweak capabilities? Check out the mid-level flex profile, comfort and control on the Rome Libertine Snowboard Boots Available in traditional lacing or PureFlex lacing.
Flex
Flex Rating (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) - 3
Fit
Skate Cuff - A super plush collar of foam secures your heel in unmatched comfort
Jointed Cuff - Smooth, kink-free tweakage
Internal Cuff
3D Molded EVA Shell Tongue - The 3D shape creates a flex profile that kicks back energy the more you put into it.
Liner
ConFormist.2 Liner
TriZone Lining - Three different foams in different areas for targeted fit.
Molded Progressive Flex Liner Panels - On the lateral and medial sides of the outside of the liner, Flex Panels to improve the flex of our Composite Liner Design. When you flex the boot, these panels help the liner “kick back” to its neutral state. The result is Flex With Pop.
3D Laminated Tongue - The 3D structure is built of different layers with targeted flex properties for a smooth, kink-free flex. The 3D shape also nests into your ankle for improved ConFormist Fit.
Control Strap - Keep it loose or strap it tight—you decide
Lacing System
Leverage Lacing - Webbing lace loops are attached to the shell tongue and then exit the shell through ports in the ankle region. If you want to crank your ankle tight, this pulley system adds leverage to pull our 3D-molded shell tongue into your ankle while tightening the eye-stay around the tongue for bomber heel hold-down.
Zonal Shell Lacing
Footbed
Molded 3D Foot Bed with ÆGIS Microbe Shield™ - New protection against the boot stink that comes from a daily habit.
Sole
AntiGravity Injected EVA Outsole - Superlight traction; superlight shock absorption for big landings. Lighter feet means more pop off the lip and lower swing weight in your whole board-boot-binding system.
Additional Features
Molded Rubber Backstays - To integrate with binding highback for enhanced control

  • Ability Level: Intermediate-Advanced
    Intermediate-Advanced
The majority of skiers/snowboarders fall into this level, whether you like to carve on groomers or venture into the powder. These skis/snowboards may be somewhat wider than beginner-intermediate skis, usually with a stronger wood core and sandwich sidewall construction. Depending on the type of ski, intermediate-advanced level skis may have full camber, rocker, or some combination of the two.
  • Flex Rating: Medium
    Medium
The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
  • Lacing System: Traditional
  • Warranty: 2 Years

I'm sure it would be a good Boot for someone, but it didn't fit me.
