Nitro’s ILS system features a lacing harness firmly connected to the boot shell. This harness snugly wraps around the liner, securing it in the shell and providing precise lacing and fit. New for 2012 are engineered ILS laces, featuring less friction and a Dyneema® core for added strength
Liner and Lacing
Type 2 Liner uses a Pre-Molded EVA for perfect out-of-the-box fit.
Lifetime Heel Fit is made by using latex memory pads.
Fur Lining on the cuff makes for an ultra plush and comfy fit.
Anatomical Footbed’s provide shock absorption and comfort.
TLS 4 Lacing is the most developed dual-zone lacing system on the market. The TLS 4 has thinner Dyneema® loaded laces and a modified cleat design; it is smaller and stronger for even smoother operation, effectiveness and reliability.
Special Features
Hook-and-Loop Fastener tongue closure looks your foot and leg into place for optimal feel and connection from the boot all the way to the board.
Flex and Fit
Flex Rating: 3 (1 Softest – 5 Stiffest). The Nitro Reverb’s give a 3/10 flex to be soft, comfortable and enhanced feel for when you’re pressing a rail or tweaking out in the pow.
Flex Toe expands for a custom toe box.
